In 2009, after years of sacrificial giving, we relocated our 140-year-old church. Our new building is lovely and nicely located on 20 acres of property. Unfortunately, the construction budget did not allow for the entire campus to be built at one time. The Sunday morning functions of worship and Bible study were all that the relocation budget would accommodate. Fellowship space, recreation space, and children’s play areas would have to wait until the second phase of construction. It is now time for that second phase and the expansion of the campus to include a family life center.
Carry it Forward was chosen as our capital campaign and is based on Philippians 1:6. Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. While Paul was speaking of the salvation of the Philippians, I believe that this passage can also apply to our church. God established us as a church in 1873 and He has grown and sustained our church body for 150 years.
The purpose of Carry it Forward is to challenge each member of our church to contribute to the construction of a family life center. God wants us to unite together in this great undertaking. We need to build the next phase of the campus and expand the ministries of our church beyond the Sunday morning experience. Please be present on September 24th to learn more about this project and this campaign. No financial commitments will be asked for or received on this date.

- A place for fun and ministry.
- A place to host soldiers that are looking for a Christian community.
- A place for families to enjoy the fun of recreation and the thrill of competition.
- A place to do life together as the family of God.
So, let us Carry it Forward together. Let us carry the Gospel forward to the next generation. Let us carry hospitality forward into the lives of those who will follow us. Let us carry eternal friendships, strengthened through fellowship in the new family life center, forward into the future. May those who come behind us find us faithful.
